Jacquelynn Downs is located in Madison, Alabama, a thriving city that is growing fast.  Our neighborhood is located near Huntsville, Alabama, voted the #1 Best Place to Live by U.S. News and World Report in 2022 and the #2 Best Place to Live for 2023.

Our small neighborhood consists of 71 homes, a pool and pool house, a large playing field, and a single entry and exit.  We are located within walking distance of Liberty Middle School, an exemplary school within the highly ranked Madison City Schools district.  Also within walking distance are Publix Shopping Center, Bruster's Ice Cream, Redstone Federal Credit Union, and many other local restaurants and businesses.
